What happens when Elena's Twin is really a halfsister? 

Lilith Gilbert's father is Charlie Swan but everyone thinks John is her father too when they find out about him being Elena's father.

What happens when Charlie Swan is actually an Older halfbrother of the Gilbert brothers, and finds out Isobel had two daughters one his and one is John's.

They don't find out until Charlie shows up to check up on his nieces.

Both Elena and Lilith are the doppelgangers, Lilith is paler though and her hair is a little darker almost black like Snow White, that's her nickname.
