Decanter - A Dungeons and Dragons Story

The heir to a successful winery finds herself without the home she once grew up in, the clash between her orcish and elvish background the catalyst for her desire to fix what remains of her childhood and potential livelihood. With her sister and father still at stake, Miafina Meyldes finds herself within different companies, including the circus, a paladin training camp, and beyond. Vengeance pulses in her veins like fire, alcohol the fuel. Will she save her loved ones and the family business?

((I would also like to say that I am not a writer in the slightest. I enjoy Dungeons and Dragons and felt that this character in particular deserved to have her story told. I hope you all enjoy the journey she takes. Although this story is heavily based in DnD lore, I may get several things wrong in terms of what the game itself has to offer. My biggest inspiration for finally uploading what was once an overly bloated backstory that my DM surely trudged through reading, was Travis Baldree's Legends and Lattes/Bookstore and Bonedust novels. R.A. Salvatore and Terry Brooks have had their time. I believe more fans of Dungeons and Dragons should begin publishing their work in various capacities.
