Liliana Wellford is going to commit suicide.
She feels that no one cares for her, not even her family, so sends her death note to a random person in a different country.
When Charlie Sellham opens the envelope and finds a death note, he is unsure of what to do. In the end he travels to the return address, and what he finds is, in a way, a pleasant surprise.
