The Fenrir chef: Izuku

Izuku "Fel" Midoriya is a young man who has a quirk that makes him an anthropomorphic wolf, giving him incredible strength, speed, and other scenes. He also has another aspect to his quirk that allows him to purchase ingredients from other worlds from an "online" super-market. Izuku wants to be a chef and creates a restaurant for anyone to have a good meal. However, this creates a target that others try to gain access to his power, be it the heroes, the hero commission, or villains.
