Dazai and Chuuya leave the boss's office after receiving the file containing information on their new mission. "These so-called heroes have been overstepping their boundaries. They've been getting bolder these days, "saving" the citizens of Yokohama." Chuuya says in disdain and anger. There's no way these heroes thought kidnapping these poor citizens meant that they were saving them from the rumored "villain's ruling". A new threat has taken place. It was the disappearance of candy in the two groups. The port Mafia had noticed whenever they left even a marshmallow unguarded it'd disappear.
