Wings beat at the wind,
Fire coarses through the air,
Shadows dance above.

Scales dull in the sun,
A small heart yearns for the sky,
Ignored, he looks down.

Amongst the strong fliers,
He breaks free, longing for flight,
Crashing in silence.

Zephyr, a dragon born with weak wings, craves to fly like the others. But he repeatedly gets knocked down, physically and mentally. Yet one day, he shall soar the skies with power in his claws...
