Lyra Nightingale is a half High Fae, half lesser faerie that lives in Velaris. Her mother was slaughtered in the attack on the Rainbow in the most recent war, and she hasn't been well since.
Tamlin, High Lord of the Spring Court, is hated by almost everyone in Prythian. He roams the Spring Court in his beast form, letting the court rule itself.
