[Bill Cipher x Dipper Pines Fanfiction] *Written in P.O.V* The very first summer the Pines twins spent in Gravity Falls left Dipper feeling curious. He wanted to know all he could about Bill Cipher, but he was gone to his knowledge. That was not the case however. Bill was not gone, he was simply weakened.
