In a world where 80% of the human population has an uncanny superhuman ability, who will stand above the rest? Looking into the class of 1A in UA High School, there appears to be a few strings pulled, and 4 new students join the 1-A crew. Will Suikou Chiaki and her friends survive at the most notorious hero school of all?
