Percy's Playhouse was one of the most popular child-friendly playhouses. Paltronics, the company of the playhouse, created life-like animatronics programmed to welcome guests and entertain children. Paltronics also created the Pal Percys, Tamagotchi toys themed around the main mascot of the playhouse, Percy Poodle. The Pal Percys were quickly popular and one of the best-selling toys in North Carolina. Paltronics thought that everything would stay the same and they would be a very successful company and business. They were wrong. For unknown reasons, the Pal Percys became more and more human-like, such as speaking to the person who bought them, and strange reports of people going missing weeks after they bought the Pal Percy. Soon, Paltronics had to stop selling the Pal Percys and post an ad to return the Pal Percys to Paltronics or to dispose of the toy. Since Pal Percys was mainly how the playhouse gained money, Paltronics and the playhouse suffered greatly as they tried to pay bills, find repairers for the animatronics, and lay off certain workers. Soon they realized there was no way to save the playhouse. So, John Johnson, the general manager, signed the demolisment papers, and Paltronics got ready to say goodbye to Percy Playhouse and make its name history. The animatronics didn't agree. Percy and his friends were shocked and devastated and tried everything in their power to save the only home they lived in since their creation. But failed. All of them started to accept that Percy's playhouse would be history no matter what... But little did they know that something had plans for Percy and his friends...
