I Can Fix Her

14 parts Ongoing Mature

Maeve is what people call, a troubled teen. Living with her mother after a rough divorce between her parents, Maeve does whatever she wants whenever she wants. If that's going to party's, skipping school, or breaking rules, if it's not allowed, it's her cup of tea. She masks her struggles with a rude attitude, snapping at anyone who gets to close with her. Her bigger plan; distract from the emptiness that envelopes her. That's until she meets the girl she wants to be gentle with, the girl who gets to see the other side of the mask. June is a bright girl, with lots of friends and a popular statues. The one thing no one understands is her own struggle, living every day with severe undiagnosed ADHD. Her grades are dropping rapidly, and if she doesn't pull it together soon, she'll have to repeat junior year. Her friends and family don't notice her difficulties, or they choose to ignore the signs. She finds unhealthy ways to self sooth, anything to get her through the year with a clear and focused mind. As Maeve discovers new feelings she doesn't accept, June continues on her downward spiral. People are hurt, lives are changed, and all through it? Love is blooming.
