Katsuki is a pro, while Izuku is now at UA as a teacher. Katsuki is 25 and Izuku is 23. They have been friends since they were kids. When Katsuki turned 20 and Izuku was 18 the two began to have an intimate relationship to help their omegan and alpha desires. Other than their sexual relationship they had a relatively good friendship, best friends even. There's just a few problems. One of them begins to fall for the other and catch feelings, which makes things difficult.
This story is basically their lives and their friends with benefits relationship.

When they corner the villain Overhaul, the question of who is number one finally seems to be settled, until Izuku collapses in the middle of the fight for some inexplicable reason. Shocked, Katsuki discovers that his childhood friend is not a beta as assumed, but an omega. Even more so, one who is just caught off guard by his heat. Katsuki is distracted by Izuku's pheromones and Overhaul overpowers him. Instead of continuing to fight, the villain grabs the green-haired pro hero and disappears with him without a trace. It is not until two years later that the kidnapped Izuku is recovered. His once radiant smile seems to have faded forever. _______ This story is an alternate storyline with characters and references to the world of My Hero Academia. These still belong to the author. I borrow them for my entertainment and combine them with the Omegaverse. The interpretation as well as the development of the story spring from my mind and are, in these words, my own. Something in Katsuki switches and is all over the boy to make sure he get's through the process without any incidents but one morning, but he snaps as he realizes that he's not himself ever since Izuku had turned into an Omega and things go south with thier building relationship.
