Sunrise on the reaping (CONCEPT)

Hello! As you may have heard, Suzanne Collins announced additon to the Hunger Games Trilogy. I decided it would be fun to kind of make a concept book as too what it may be about. While reading please keep in mind that I, in no way shape or form am Suzanne Collins, nor am I lucky enough to be afilliated with them. This is simply a concept and I have no insights about the upcoming Installment, please, enjoy this book. Hopefully, both me and you reader alike can look back at this concept book and laugh.
