I don't really know what to call this poem. But man, life has been hitting me with a lot of curve balls. This is how I feel. Life's been hard, and it always will be. But hearing about people dying and me going through my own life issues has brought me to a point of reflection, as it does. This is just a thought or two written into a poem.

Introspection: Poems by a Ruminator
When hardship is experienced, it is only human of us to think on the past. Sometimes though, we end up in a cycle of rumination, reliving events that cannot be changed; we become depressed in our memories. Writing can be therapeutic, so here is a collection of poetry exploring a range of sad and confronting memories. By sharing these poems, I hope to not only further my journey towards peace with the past but to connect with others out there who may be feeling the same way. This is a collection of poems by a ruminator for ruminators.
