Calidad de voz: es esencial hablar con calma y evitar sonar ansioso o rígido. Practica antes para reducir los nervios que pueden impactar tu habla. Evita ser monótono, ya que puede aburrir a la audiencia.

Mantente de pie con buena postura: los hombros hacia atrás y las manos a los lados. Si estás sentado, hazlo hacia adelante y recto. Si te encuentras en un escritorio, mantén las manos sobre él. Si estás en un sofá o una silla informal, evita juntar las manos en tu regazo. No golpees la mesa o la silla con las manos ni muevas la pierna de arriba abajo.

El intercambio de miradas puede revelar emociones como interés, amabilidad, hostilidad o engaño. Al mantener contacto visual con tu audiencia, fortaleces tu credibilidad y te permite interpretar su reacción. Evita apartar la mirada al responder preguntas para evitar aparentar evasión.

Movimientos: Mantenga gestos controlados y planeados al usar las manos para demostrar seguridad. Evite la inquietud, evitando mover excesivamente las manos o distrayéndose con objetos. También tenga en cuenta su postura con la cabeza: un gesto afirmativo puede indicar acuerdo o comprensión.

Vestimenta: Considera la seriedad del evento al elegir tu vestuario. Debes equilibrar el respeto por la audiencia sin verte excesivamente formal. En el caso de aparecer en televisión, es recomendable usar prendas de colores oscuros y evitar diseños que puedan verse distorsionados en la pantalla.
