A human mortal by the name of Elizabeth comes into the dangerous realm of Hell by accident. Thankfully, the Princess of Hell herself, Charlie Morningstar, finds her and gives her shelter at the Hazbin Hotel.
From there on, Lizzie embarks on an adventure where she makes new friends, is shown that good and bad are not so black and white as it always told, and surprisingly finds the love she has been yearning for in an unexpected place. But she must be careful, as a certain Radio Demon is becoming to attached to her, and is not planning to let her go back to the living realm so easily.

The Journey to Light / Hazbin Hotel
In an attempt to find a non-violent alternative for reducing Hell's overpopulation, the daughter of Lucifer opens a rehabilitation hotel that offers a group of misfit demons a chance at redemption. Charlie Morningstar, the Princess of Hell, and her goal to open a hotel to help rehabilitate Sinners, with the aim of teaching them to be better people, have them redeemed and able to enter Heaven.
