The Ghostly Tutor

Rio just recently graduated. For most of students, it is finally the time to be wild and free. But when the engineering board exam is looming four months from now, he chose to isolate himself in a rundown apartment in Manila. He attends the best review center there is, but with short-term memory and insufficient study habits, he will not make it.

Until one night, an unexpected girl came and asked to be his roommate in exchange, she will help her topnotch the exam. While it was believable given she is extraordinarily smart, there may be something more about her.
