Heeseung was a divorced man with presumed twins, but the mother of the twins abandoned him and took their children with her. Heeseung battled to win custody of his twins, but his ex-wife's lawyer, who also happens to be her affair partner, used even the most fabricated information against him to keep him away from his daughters. Heeseung made an effort to persuade his twin girls to accompany him, but they insisted on going with their mother and stepfather since the latter spoils them excessively, thus he was unable to change their minds. When the twins adopted their stepfather's last name after seeing it posted by his former wife, he gave up completely.
