I'm an avid Skyrim player and have played for years, and have heard both good and bad things about joining the Thieves Guild, IMO the most lucrative faction you can join in the entire game. However, I always join, and have come up with a pretty good list of reasons why it is nothing but an asset to do so.

Paragon - Book I
*COMPLETE* There are whispers across the kingdoms that the Paragon, that strangely gifted person who can wield all four Skills, has been found. They're wrong, of course. No one has caught the Paragon. Allayria should know: she's it. But Allayria doesn't want to be the Paragon, and in her pursuit of freedom she finds herself enmeshed in a web of lies, caught in a group who might be even more dangerous than she could have imagined. Still, she's not the only one who has problems: bigger tides of change and danger are shifting across the world she has been assigned to protect. The Jarles, a kingdom in the east, has begun moving across its borders, and there are strange murmurings about what they have done, and where all the children they abducted have gone. Faced with responsibilities she never wanted, and a life she thought she could never have, Allayria must decide how she will help--and if she will be the Paragon at all. _____________________ WIP Cover art and written work by Azi. Legends of Skyrim: The Sapphire Smuggler (BOOK THREE)
"Scouting reveals potential market expansion, due to distrust of established dealers." - Skooma Runner Logs In the golden sands of Elsweyr, Ji'ssa Janmin danced between shadows as a cunning skooma dealer, her wares whispered promises of euphoria to those who dared indulge. But when treachery slithered into her circle, betrayal forced Ji'ssa to flee her homeland, leaving behind the warm embrace of the desert winds for the frostbitten embrace of Skyrim's harsh north. In the shadowed alleys of Riften, where whispers of thievery echo through the cobblestones, Ji'ssa found refuge among the outcasts and rogues of the Thieves Guild. With her sharp and agile claws, she swiftly climbed the ranks, her past in Elsweyr fading into the mist as she forged a new path in the land of the Nords. But even amidst the Guild, echoes of her past haunt Ji'ssa's steps, reminding her that in the world of shadows, trust is a rare property, and betrayal lurks in every corner. Now, as she navigates the intricate web of Guild politics and personal vendettas, Ji'ssa Janmin must tread carefully, for in Skyrim, survival belongs to the cunning and the quick-witted. Moonlight's Eclipse (Brynjolf/OC Fanfic)
I'm Russet. I'll admit I'm not the honorable person I used to be. I'd help the Jarls, save towns from monsters, and roughhouse with my fellow Companions. But I'm no hero, not anymore. I'm a thief, and it's time I embraced that. I'm a Nord with blood on my hands, a sinner's soul, and a lifetime of bad choices behind me. We all make mistakes; it's just hard to believe that mine led me here. ___ This is the official edit of my previous Brynjolf/OC story, Moonlight's Embrace. I'm leaving the original up, but I figured that since the edits are basically a different story, I might as well. I hope you enjoy what is essentially Moonlight's Embrace 2.0! Rated R/Mature for violence and sexual content. NO LEMONS. VERY STEAMY, NO SHADES OR SMUT. NOTE: WATTPAD HAS BEEN REARRANGING MY STORY PARTS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS HAPPENS. SERIOUSLY. PLEASE. I WOULD RATHER REARRANGE THE PARTS EVERY SINGLE MORNING FOR YOU ALL THAN LOSE YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT AS A READER. Highest rating: #1 in Morrowind #1 in Skyrim #1 in Russet #1 in ScrollsComplete
