They were trouble. You could just tell by looking at them. They didn't talk to anybody, besides others in the group and people in our school spread stories about them all the time. They were intriguing and we all wanted to be apart of them. But of course, they weren't exactly open to letting others in. Overtime peoples wanting to be apart of them lessened or went away all together. But mine never did and I knew exactly why. It was her. Adeline is forced to pull her weight for her family by working more than 2 times a week, causing pure exhaustion and anxiety. When time rolls around and suddenly Adeline is buttoning up her uniform for school, she's shocked as to why 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢 calls out to her in the hallway.
