This is a short story based on a Spring Break trip I had in 2022. In said trip, I travelled to Ruidoso, New Mexico for three days to relax, but had an unfortunate encounter during my last day that left me a bit speechless.
Previously I submitted this story to the El Underground literary magazine and got it published on its website. Now I wanted to improve it by correcting grammar, explaining a bit more in what happened, and make it more comprehensive.

2023 Story Collection
This is my challenge to myself to get better and more consistent at writing daily. Rules I will upload a part to a story every day. Nightscape
A collection of stories based of my dreams and nightmares. Recently I've been having vivid dreams and nightmares that seems recurring or just memorable. Either caused by my anxiety or troubles that I don't acknowledge. People always say that there's meaning behind dreams and I'm here to figure out what it means or just to share an interesting tale. Some people have wacky dreams but for some reason mine seems to be pretty creative and straight forward that's good enough to write a story for.
