Aurora Rayne is a not-so-normal teen with a not-so-normal life. She was an outcast at school who no one understood, apart from her one and only friend, Blaize.
Aurora is an only child, living with her mother. Her father left when she was just 7, and her 18 year old sister committed suicide. Since she has needed something to get her mind off of things, she has become a scourge.
Already questioning whether or not her life could get any worse, she meets him.
