Talia isn't the new kid in this story. Most friendship stories involve a new kid who shows up and becomes friends with others while adjusting to their environment.
This story isn't about that. This story is about lies and truth, trust and betrayal, and most importantly, murder.
You'd think all this couldn't possibly happen in middle school.

Adriana moved for a fresh start.
Her old school never accepted her.
That was 5th grade in a nutshell,
She lost a lot. But no one knows that.
With the rumors that went around she couldn't take it.
Her family couldn't take it.

The missing person reports.
The cheating.
Her family was messed up. And now that she's in middle school and another state, she can shed her last identity and figure out who she'll be. The only problem is... Her parents seem set on staying here..not for long...
