Meet Luke Hemmings, a shy boy who daydreams a lot, likes to keep out of trouble, and goes out of his way to help everyone, because he's just that kind of person, really. His favourite thing to do is to hang out with his new best friend Ashton and to have fun.
Meet Michael Clifford, an outgoing boy who doesn't care about anyone or anything, likes to start fights with those who choose to annoy him and hates helping anyone because that's so NOT punk rock, you know. His favourite thing to do is to play video games with Calum, his best mate since he can remember.
Everyone wants to keep their thoughts private, but what happens if someone can hear them? And you don't get a choice in it. What happens when it messes with your decisions, changes your favourite colour?

I've never been good at explaining things or giving people an answer. But I've always been good a listening. That's why I'm best friends with Calum, that's why my boyfriend is Luke. They needed someone to understand them, help them. But I also needed someone to back me up when things get rough. My two favorite boys meet Michael then they meet Ashton. You may know these boys to be Five seconds of summer. But they are the 5 seconds that saved my life. Hope doesn't know what waits for her in the end, or who waits for her. In my case, I'm best friends with Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford. You know? 5 Seconds of Summer. Yea them. Don't get me wrong I love that they're living their dreams and it's not one of those stories where they have forgotten about me, on the contrary, I tour with them, I sleep in the same hotel, I eat with them and on the odd occasion I go on stage and mess with them... during the sound check that is. Sure the fans know about me but Luke is too protective of me, he likes to shield me a lot. He is great, don't get me wrong, but he is over protective. I have known him the longest.
