In a world where almost everyone is born with a superpower, heroes and villains are bound to exist. Those who destroy the world and those who save it. Heroes were supposed to protect everyone. However, some places went unnoticed or even ignored by heroes. Those places relied on the help of vigilantes labeled as illegal criminals using their powers without a license. There were many vigilantes in the city of Levanter, but none were as notorious as Poltergeist. No one in the city hadn't heard of the vigilante that could blink out of existence in a moment and use telekinetic powers to fling debris at villains and heroes alike.

Felix was just a normal kid. Well, as normal as you could be when you were the most famous vigilante in the entire world while also doubling as one of the most famous pop stars in the country. When he was a child, he'd wanted nothing more than to be a hero, but that changed when he'd seen the ugly truth behind the heroes of his city. He saw how the poorer districts were completely ignored by the heroes they relied on, so he decided to take matters into his own hands. If the heroes wouldn't protect his home, Poltergeist would.
