Under the intensified pressure of the bourgeoisie and the fierce attack of its agencies, the Comintern (SH) may well one day be plunged into a serious crisis by anti-party activities outside and inside the Comintern (SH) or by anti-party activities inside and outside its sections.
The difficulties into which our party may fall are unpredictable. We must always be prepared for the worst-case scenario. That is why the Comintern (SH) presents its "Plan B" here in the form of 14 theses. These theses must be modified accordingly when they come into force under the existing concrete conditions.
In order to be prepared for the worst, we rely on past experience, in particular on the 14 theses drawn up by comrade Wolfgang Eggers for the purpose of rebuilding the KPD/ML after the death of comrade Ernst Aust (see party documents of the KPD/ML).
