also richie says a lot in my story that he isnt gay and that he only likes eddie, i know richie is gay, but he doesnt want others to believe he is gay so he tells himself hes not gay so he can hide it better, this is just a disclaimer for people that read this and tell me its confirmed rich is gay, i thought id come here and specify that i know richie is gay, but in the 2017 film and the 2019 film he hides it from everyone by talking about girls (specifically eddies mom), and despite being gay he tells everyone that he likes girls so no one notices his love for eddie. thank u !!!!
