My Hero Academia Bounty Hunters: Heroes protect, We hunt

You know the story, a world where 80% of the population have quirks and those people go on to become heroes. Well what if I told you there's another faction of heroes unlike support heroes or the normally seen pro heroes. These heroes are known as Tracker Heroes, heroes who hunt down villains and collect their capture reward. The hunters for the hero organization. But that's not what they're formally called no a days. They're Bounty Hunters, and strap in as your about to learn the legend of two bounty hunters. Rockjaw and Frightmare
