The story follows Elio, a shy and introverted teenager who harbors deep feelings for Luna, the popular girl at school. Despite their starkly different backgrounds and struggles, Elio finds solace in Luna's presence. As they navigate the complexities of high school life, Elio grapples with his inner demons, including suicidal thoughts and self-harm, all while trying to conceal his struggles from Luna and their peers.

Meanwhile, Luna, unaware of Elio's turmoil, navigates her own challenges, including the pressure to maintain her image as the perfect girl with a flawless family life. As their paths intertwine, Elio and Luna form an unexpected bond, finding comfort and understanding in each other's company.

However, as Elio's mental health deteriorates, Luna begins to notice the signs of his struggles. Through their growing connection, Luna becomes a source of support for Elio, encouraging him to seek help and confront his demons. Together, they embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery, learning to overcome their past traumas and embrace the complexities of their relationship.
