Rewriting Fate

Her:
Trust. Respect. Strength. All of those things we work to get throughout our lives. Not many people have all three of those values. I work hard to have people respect me. I work hard to show strength despite everyone who loses my trust or tries to gain it. Life is a game. A game of power with those three values. Love is not a virtue. It is something that makes people weak; once someone loses their ability to love, there is no going back. ever.

Him:
Life is supposed to be joyous and peaceful, full of great memories that make you never want to close your eyes. Yet, Life can be undervalued and dark. It can be depressing on a person's mind. To a point where they seek death. Sometimes, to get out of that pit, you need help, and most times, love can get you out. I hated my life until I saw a pair of ruby eyes. A beautiful girl who fights for her life and for others. She's perfect in my eyes, and little does she know she is mine for the taking.
