It's been a year since Team Sonic disowned it's main hero. Since they had enough with him going easy on Eggman. Since they cast him to the side and left him alone. It's been a year since the incident. The one that causes him to wear a mask at all times. The one that finally pushed him to his edge and made him become a killer. Now Renegade has two new names, The Night Killer, famous for killing the wicked; the evil; and the downright psychopaths.  And Renegade, the up and rising singing sensation.  

That may all change once all the hero's get called by G.U.N. 

People all around are gaining dangerous uncontrollable powers, powers not linked to chaos energy. These emotion triggered powers are killing thousands in towns around the globe, and the hero's need to figure out how to stop it.

Before we start: Sonic is one of my favorite characters. Sonic games, official or even fan created series were and still are one of the reasons that I will open my TV or Computer. When I was watching them in my childhood, I start thinking about what will happen if I combine some of the stories and make one of my own. After many years I decided that the idea should be turned into effort. Hope that you gonna like it! But only Amy Rose is aware of Shadow's illness after witnessing Shadow consuming human and Mobian remains behind a restaurant dumpster. Amy vows to keep Shadow's condition a secret not only for the safety of Sonic and the gang but for the universe...but if G.U.N finds out the ultimate life form and their top agent as dangerous... it could result in him being held captive, being detained against his will and experimented on as long as possible. Despite the life threatening situation, Shadow and Amy's connection grows closer and closer which ultimately leads to them having an affair which eventually leads them to being together, much to the disdain of not only Sonic, but to the entire group, unfortunately, it later becomes a weakness which will give Mephiles a possible one up against the team Will Amy and the rest of the crew find a cure for Shadow's condition or will he forever be Mephiles' murderous puppet? Everything was okay until suddenly, Silver came back from the future and warned everyone that something worst was coming, not just the Chaos Emerald, but the Sol Emeralds and the Master Emerald. Worse than Black Doom or anyone they fought before. Mephiles The Dark has return with new powers and sinister allies that could destroy what Sonic, and everyone been fighting for. Before they could start their search on Chaos Emeralds and fight Mephiles again, the Master Emerald glows up and spoke to them. He told them to find someone who would help them to defeat Mephiles and everything will be restored. Before they could ask, the Master Emerald glows up and teleporting the entire world of Sonic to another world. A mysterious yet magical world where mirrored their world but differently. That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).

Has TRAGIC events... that may or may not be solved don't want to spoil! I originally made the story as a short story which was the first chapter of this story however I soon decided to make it have its own book as it is hard to make this into only 2 parts! May have multiple endings. Mainly Shadamy but has SonAmy too. (I want to clarify I wrote this story and I had inspo from a comic I read in high school back then. So full credits to them for inspiring me. However I did this story entirely on my own with my writing style. I came up with the plots and characters' development. But why? What happened? As far as they recall, it's been business as usual, but still they find Sonic just isn't himself. When even Shadow finds his way to them to question the hedgehog's strange behavior, a single word might finally give Sonic a reason to let his walls down: "crystals." By why?
