Divine laws forbade,

Sacrifice in vain,
A muse turned to mortal's form,
Love's eternal flame.

Poems of sorrow,
Ink defies the gods' decree,
Their love's echo lives.

In shadows they met,
Dreams and verses intertwined,
A timeless romance.

He writes in defiance,
Against the heavens' stern rule,
Her memory shines.

Whispers in the night,
Muse and poet's love endures,
Through the ages, bright.
