A muse's soft touch,
Inspiring a poet's heart-
Love beyond the stars.
Divine laws forbade,
Yet their hearts entwined in verse,
Fate could not sever.
Sacrifice in vain,
A muse turned to mortal's form,
Love's eternal flame.
Poems of sorrow,
Ink defies the gods' decree,
Their love's echo lives.
In shadows they met,
Dreams and verses intertwined,
A timeless romance.
He writes in defiance,
Against the heavens' stern rule,
Her memory shines.
Whispers in the night,
Muse and poet's love endures,
Through the ages, bright.
**A story told in poems(haikus, sonnets, ballad, narrative poetry, freeform, prose, etc.)
"For as long as you can remember, you've been obsessed with greek mythology, drawn to the gods who rule the heavens and the depths of the earth. One night, a ritual meant to connect with them goes horribly wrong-or perhaps, fatefully right."
.
(Sorry for the errors in the myths in advanced, just keep in mind that there are more versions of a single myth that I can think of.)
(Also kinda editing<3)
