Fire'kit, a young Shadowclan born cat, has just been abandoned at the edge of an unfamiliar forest, no longer wanted and hated for reasons beyond his understanding. When Tiger'star comes across him, she adopts the young kit right away, raising him as Thunderclans own.
Fire'kit - Now Fire'paw - has grown, fought, and trained in the way of Thunderclan, But he hasn't yet overcome the haunting presence of a power he owns, and the hatred from his clans members for where he's from.
