Sisters divided

What if Julie has an older sister named Peyton who is a year older than her and is best friends with Carrie and is dating Nick?

And what if when Rose (their mom died) Julie pushed Peyton aside and pretty much cut her out of her life the best she could?

And because of this they ended up living completely different lives. Peyton is popular and in Dirty Candy with Carrie as a co lead, still dating Nick Adams, the captain of the lacrosse team and she puts a lot of time and effort into her music and other art related things. Now she, Carrie and Nick are seniors in high school and Carrie and Peyton are trying to break into the music industry while Nick is trying to lead the lacrosse team to another championship win.

While Julie on the other hand is on the complete other end of the spectrum. Since her mom died she hasn't played any music and she only talks to Flynn, her dad and her little brother. Now Julie is a junior and her music teacher told her that if she doesn't sing or play some form of music in her next class then she will be kicked from the program until next semester.

The two sisters are still at odds with each other a year later but now it's different. Peyton has made up her mind: she has decided that if Julie doesn't wanna have her in her life then she'll be out of it as much as she can. Sure Peyton had been doing this a bit but after so much rejection she decided to give up.

Plus let's not forget Julie has some potential new friends in the form of a ghost band. Will they be able to help her reconnect with music and be able to fix her relationship with her sister?

Or will it be too late to fix it and they'll just end up always divided?
