Lyric has always been that beautiful black girl that everyone knew. She wasn't really popular or anything everyone just knew her as that nice, beautiful,layed back, funny girl.  But her only problem is that she isolates herself from everyone when ever she gets the chance. When she meets Miguel who moved to her school from Mexico he instantly falls for her. Lyric, Not wanting anything but sex from him  comes to the terms on a no strings attached relationship. Lyric knows its dangerous to sleep with him though, because of his families "business" and what they do but Lyric doesnt really care about that. Soon Miguels charm and charisma begins to wear her down and she develops feelings for him.  Not wanting to admit it she soon tries to keep him faithful to their terms. But everyone needs love and Lyric can't hold out forever.
