Hovie is a 20-year-old boy who's very positive in life, he is also known in his school as a "Happy Go Lucky Person" He believes that no matter how hard life is, you need to remain brave despite all the circumstances you encounter. One day his mother got into an accident he blamed himself because it wouldn't happened if they hadn't celebrated his birthday,  he was devastated because of his mother's loss. He promised to his mother that he would not change and he would look after his father and protect him. However, his father blamed him for what happened. After his mother's death, he experienced physical and mental abuse from his father. That day changed his life, his happy family was ruined. 

Until one day he bumped into someone who caught his attention there's something about him that he can't explain. Will his genuine smile and happiness come back or will he stay in his past and pretend to everyone that he's okay
