Kailani used to have a best friend named Azrael, but that all changed when supposedly Cameron. Azrael's Father killed his mother in front of him. Kailani was 8 and Azrael was 9. Azrael promised Kailani he would come back for her. With plans of marrying her when they got older. However, that all changes when she meets Matt-the boy who moves in next to her, where Azrael used to live. However, Kailani has no idea what she is getting into with Matt and Azrael. To Kailani She thought only mythical creatures belonged in storybooks and fairytales, but she found that untrue. Can Kailani really trust Matt and Azrael.
