My name is Kai and I lived in a world where guardian angels were assigned to an individual once they were 14, you are meant to only feel their presence and know they are with you and once you are 16, you are meant to meet your soulmate and your guardian angel's purpose will be done. However, I was 18 and in my senior year in highschool and never for once have I felt a presence, it was like I was forgotten and abandoned. I lived my life as the abnormal kid and pursue my dreams of getting into college but one day, that perception of my life changed when I walked into my room to find a glowing boy with wings on my bed, grinning at me. Was I supposed to see my angel?! What was the meaning of this? And instead of an innocent and delicate being, I was blessed with Chaos itself and like a switch, my once abnormal life took a dangerous turn and was flipped upside down, committing an Internal Sin. And what was all those flashbacks about, why was I getting memories of a life I've never lived? "You broke the wrong parts of me. You broke my wings and forgot I had claws. I should have plucked your feathers when I had the chance!" - Kai "A demon? Oh no, I am much, much worst," - Ralph "I'd kill them all if I fight back," - Cameron "I have no Master," - Rhys There is only one way to find out more. Click Read!

A/N: Can be read with or as a standalone of "The Devil's Angel." -- I was once told that I was special, so special that I had to be born a human to "protect" myself from a world of darkness and to make sure that I was fully ready to be what they, whoever they were, needed me to be for them. Little did they know, my whole human life was filled with one dark and dreary thing after another, where I was broken time and time again until there was nothing left except for the will to survive so that I could try to protect and heal my family from a man that caused us so much pain and fear, even though I also needed to be protected and healed from the same thing, from the same man that I was supposed to call my "father." However, that didn't work and hadn't lasted as long as one had hoped, for I was killed and thrown into what was supposed to make me special, even though I didn't think that I ever could find a way to believe that. All I knew was that I had to become someone to help, offer advice, and lend a listening and understanding ear to those who needed it, changing the viewpoints in a way that my brethren before me hadn't been able to do, and getting ready for a mission, a mission that no one else had before me. It was a mission far more dangerous than any mission that I had ever been on, for this mission was something that I had to do alone and to make sure that no one knew what I was, or else it would lead to my untimely second death. It was a mission to go to the Underworld and live amongst the Demons and the Devil himself, and try to reform and change the way things had been done for centuries to make it a "better" place for all involved, even those who were humans before they died and were sent there to be punished until the end of time. It was a mission that I didn't plan on failing, because I knew that if I did, then the worlds that I knew them as would fall into total darkness, where there would be nothing left to save, and only darkness would prevail.
