-BACKGROUND INFO-
Diana, a 17-year-old girl, is not only the captain of the school's cheer team but also the most popular student in school. She loves the attention she gets from everyone, including the guys and occasionally the girls, although she identifies as "straight." Despite being admired for her looks, Diana is known as the most unpleasant girl in school. She enjoys going to cheer practice, but the downside is having to face her arch-enemy, Harper, whom she truly despises. Their rivalry is well-known throughout the grade, and their classmates revel in the drama.
Harper, who is in the same year as Diana but five months older, plays on the school's female soccer team and is skilled enough to have earned the title of captain. Everyone knows Harper; she is pretty popular, but people either adore or hate her (though majority love her)-there's no middle ground. Harper enjoys the attention, which often boosts her ego. Her soccer prowess has made her well-known throughout the school. While many guys approach her, she usually isn't interested since she is gay. Harper generally avoids conflict unless provoked and gets along with nearly everyone. Nearly everyone, that is unless your name begins with D and ends with iana.
Training together isn't too bad, as the teams rarely interact unless necessary. As mentioned, everyone is aware of the rivalry between Diana and Harper; it's been evident since 9th grade and is so well-known that even the teachers are aware. However, the students of Everely Hills suspect that there is more than just hatred between the two girls-there's also a hint of tension.
Now that you know about the two rivals, what happens when the cheer and soccer teams are forced to spend 'quality time' together? The tension between Diana and Harper could ignite conflicts or reveal unexpected dynamics. With their infamous rivalry, the entire group will be on edge, eager to see how the two captains manage this enforced togetherness.
Josie has always had a plan.
A straight A student with scholarships in sight and a futures carefully mapped out. The kind who doesn't let distractions get in her way. Her life is steady. Predictable. Perfect.
Until it isn't.
Everything shift the moment her friend Isabell. The schools effortless IT girl, confesses she has a crush on the football quarterback.
The same quarterback Josie has secretly, hopelessly fallen in love with.
The problem? Josie would rather break her heart rather than her friends. So when Isabell asks for help winning him over, Josie agrees. Because that's what good friends do...right?
She makes herself a promise: once she gets them together, she'll bury her feelings away.
But the closer she pushes them toward each other, the harder it becomes to let him go.
Jeremy the golden boy of school. The star quarterback with scouts watching and championship dreams within reach. With the season finals approaching, football is his priority. Nothing else should matter.
Until it does.
Because Isabell may have her sight set on him, but Jeremy only has eye for one girl. Josie.
And the more she tries to push him away the more impossible it becomes for him to let her go.

"If I do this one last favor for you, will you go to homecoming with me?" He asked.
It was risky because if Isabell saw us at homecoming together she would be furious. I have been avoiding his question, it's been over a week since he asked me for homecoming but I've been hoping he would ask Isabell that question not me. I could always not show up and make Isabell take my place. I want Isabell happy and if this is the only way to see her happy then so be it. Even if it might break his heart.
I nodded. "Yes, I'll go to homecoming with you, but you need to do what I told you to do." A smile grew on his face.
"I will."
