She knows, or at least she hopes that her mother is innocent, but the possible scenarios start not to fit, and as she loses hope she realizes the truth. Her mother is not who she thought she was. Her mother has dangerous plans that can put everyone that Ember loves in danger, but to save them she has to betray her mother. Her mother who was her first and only friend. But if she doesn't then she will be the reason her new friends and family are killed, so there is only one correct choice-right?

This story is not getting the attention it deserves, so I am attempting to "re-brand" it. Maybe no one "gets" it. The three are skaters, good ones, who live for girls and their skateboards. They're also basically good kids who take pride in being different without paying attention to it. When Michael loses his home and his family has to move they have his back. And they are there for him when the ghost girl starts following him around. Mariah was murdered when she was just 15, her remains were never found, although no one but her and her ghost friend, Crazy Girl, know where their bodies are buried.
