Mature
After a roller-coaster of a summer, things finally seem to be put into place. Summer's now over, and the teens are now just one year closer to being seniors.
Holly and Shane are together -- happier than ever. The two are inseperable, and all drama during the summer is forgotten. Now everything is just perfect for the adorable couple.
...Or is it?
As for Matt, he's suddenly not so into hooking up with every girl anymore. Perhaps it has something to do with these small feelings he's starting to develop for a certain crazy pink-haired girl. But how can that be? How can someone like Matt Lavery -- popular, charming and athletic...even think about falling for someone who has almost nothing in common with him?
It's crazy, right?
As for Ally, she's beginning to learn what it's like to live in the real world. Getting her driver's license and working at Starbucks as her first job ever, not to mention having to put up with an annoying douchebag more than ever. It's hard to balance being her true self and becoming something she has always feared of being....grown up.
If you thought the summer had enough drama for the twins or the girls, then you just might be well mistaken. Continue the hilarious, sexy journey in the second book of The Lavery Twins.

Ally is a very cool chick. She's smart, down to earth, feisty, funny, and perceptive. She may or may not have a ghost on her side - do you believe? Ally's not falling for false charm and lies. When three guys at her posh new school make her the target of a sex bet, she busts them and takes the money. That's just the start because now these guys claim to be madly in love with her. Is it just a bigger bet? Is she the most challenging prey they will ever hunt? She thinks so and isn't going to fall for it. She tries to ignore them, but some of them aren't giving up. If you've ever wanted to slap a girl in a story for falling into a trap, you'll love Ally. What if it's not a trap? What would it take to convince a smart girl? How does a poor lovesick guy prove he's changed? Can he redeem himself if he has? Should he ever be forgiven? Many clichés are turned around in this story. The girl isn't gullible. The current popular girl threatened by Ally's rising stardom isn't really a witch. Parents aren't evil. Even the school sluts aren't that bad. Bad boys may or may not be as bad as they appear, but nothing happens overnight. It will take all school year and maybe the summer as well to sort it out, but the journey will be interesting and funny. This isn't a story where the girl falls for the bad boy and forgives him with impossible ease. Instead, she'll teach all the boys several lessons and just maybe make them better men. But I don't promise you'll never want to slap her. When you aren't stupid, this world can turn you paranoid. Warning: Steamy scenes, occasional foul language, and adult issues. Genre: Young Adult / New Adult, Romance, Comedy, Paranormal Length: 113,588 words This book has been published on Amazon. The first ten chapters will be updated to what you get in the published novel and will remain here, so you can try before you buy.

Charvi Brooks, hiding under a wig and glasses as Avery Adams to work and get money for college, is found out by quarterback, Zane Rivers and gets sucked into his world as he protects her from her stalker, Jaxon who also found out this secret. I begged with a pout and faux doe eyes. "Pretty please." He flashed me his prettiest smile and teased, "With a cherry on top." Charvi Brooks is a simple girl from a complex family. All she ever cared about was having enough money to go to college. Living a double life, what could go wrong? Except from a certain someone finding out her secret. Zane Rivers, quarterback and team captain, most popular guy in school and Charvi only knows him as Zed. But in her defence, he calls her Cherry due to the mop of red hair on Avery's head. He was the worst person she thought could find out about her secret, but she realized how wrong she was when Jaxon, a young man infatuated with her second self, found her out too. She thought having to live a double life was bad, but having a stalker who would stop at nothing to get her was worse. And speaking of complex family, things worsen when her father moves back to town with his new picture-perfect family in tow. Imagine her, her mom, her three siblings, her father, his new wife and her stepbrother and stepsister under one roof. Talk about a large family. And who she had by her side through it all is someone she would have never expected. Could she help the feelings? When these two clash, what could possibly come out of it? **** This is an edited version of my book, "My Forever". The story line remains the same, but some of the plot has been cut out and some things added. You can still read the original book if you want because I am not taking it down, but I strongly recommend this. Finished: 14 July 2023.

"What are these feelings you're talking about?!" he questions still yelling. "That I fucking like you, Daniella Jamie Grey!" I yell. "And I fucking like you too, Arabella May Jhonson!" he yells back. And the next thing I know is that we're no longer yelling. I hadn't even noticed that we went closer and closer to each other until I felt his breath on my lips and his nose nuzzling against mine as he bent to my level, his body towering over mine. I pull him to me and smash my lips onto his and it barely took a second for him to respond to it. ~~~~~ Arabella Jhonson and Daniel Grey unite. How they met each other, you may ask? They met each other because Arabella's cousin and Daniel's father are dating. There's definitely a spark when they met and the spark began to grow as they hung out with each other day by day, especially since they'll be living under the same roof for a little more than three weeks. Oh and not to mention that Daniel lives in Australia, away from Arabella, and he's only come to visit. But that's when the impossibilities come in to play. For one, aren't they technically going to be related if her cousin and Daniel's dad get married? And not only for that reason, but many other reasons that will be revealed as the story progresses. This'll be a story about two teens who go through struggles and a romance between them that seems more than likely to be impossible. Not only do other people get in the way of this romance, but their minds as well. Their minds that remind them why they can't work. And their minds that have their own fears. But can their romance find a way through it all? Or will it all just fall apart? Warning: Contains strong language
