Outer Banks
To say Chelsea Banks doesn't want to move from her hometown in California is an understatement. Dragged by her parents to Chapel Hill right before the beginning of her sophomore year, she's determined to show them what a big mistake they're making. She's practically counting down the days till she can go to her dream school UCLA. She settles in well with her new life in North Carolina, carving a place among her classmates. But as life at school gets better and better, life at home gets worse and worse, and she also feels herself drifting away from her friends back home in LA. Can Chelsea sort out her friendships, keep her family from falling apart, and maybe have her crush James fall for her too? Or will Chapel Hill turn out to be just as bad as she originally thought?
