The glitched girl

A young girl is transferred from her normal universe, into a new one. The new one is similar to hers, her friends being there but with different designs and minds. She has a best friend, completely opposite from her. As she's there, her existence starts to glitch and fade, she's in two universes at once. When she sleeps, she can see glimpses from her original world. She has to get back home before she fades completely, and so does this universe. But, as she's figuring out how to do that, other beings from other universes come into hers, creating a rip in space and time. Some of the creatures are dangerous, some aren't. The ones that are, she either has to get rid of it or send it back, all while she's fading.
