Some time in your life you have wondered if you were being watched or your surroundings are being controlled by some invisible entity. The circumstances vary case to case, but the best way to confirm it is to talk to them.  
In this world, a "shadow pupeteer" is not just a myth, but the reality of people's lives. But it doesn't want to be tasked with ridiculous requests, so the words of its language are naturally foreign to everyone native to this world. The only thing it didn't take into account were those coming across this language outside, since it would be unfair to make them forget what they learned beforehand.
