Redstar started out as a regular kit and turned into a regular apprentice, but when his mentor tells him that we can all make our own decisions a few days before his warrior ceremony he looses it. When he becomes deputy it doesn't get any better, and of course when he becomes leader Thunderclan becomes miserable. He doesn't think and they soon don't have any medicine cats. Will he be able to realize what he did and act fast, or will Thunderclan die?

Leopardwillow has always wanted an apprentice from the moment she was an apprentice herself to the moment she became a warrior... Little does she know that just so happens to be Starclan's will not only will she need to mentor Smokekit, tensions rise higher and higher within Lakeclan and a war will be hard to avoid, and Foxbristle; Leopardwillow's sister is accused of Bearstar's murder. On top of that drama Leopardwillow still has to save her clan from whatever danger lies ahead-little does she know her stubborn apprentice might be the cause for all this chaos... Excerpt: Flamestar's one amber eye shone in the moonlight; the moon soon disappeared from within the clouds. "I did not fail Junipercloud." Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it."
