Iha Gill is a strangely-named 28-year-old expat who recently joined a high-flying ad company in Bangalore. She's a straight shooter, calculative and even manipulative person whose only goal in life is to make money. As much of it as possible. Growing up with cold academic parents, she knew not of passion, love, or zest for life beyond crunching numbers and taking names. She runs into Ranav Mehra, her neighbour from a long-lost childhood who is now taking names his own way, yet stops to smell the flowers...she begins to wonder if her methods are indeed the best way to live life. What used to be crystal clear becomes uncertain as she fights the chemistry in every corner, while dealing with personal tragedy, professional adversaries, parental disharmony and more, all day everyday.

Hate You Like I Mean It is a whip-smart, heart-warming enemies-to-lovers rom-com where chaos meets coffee, sarcasm meets sincerity, and two creative rivals discover that love doesn't always come with a warning label. Rhea is a sharp-tongued designer with zero tolerance for mess-especially the human kind named Riyan Sehgal. He's all charm, late nights, and emotionally confusing playlists. But when a dream project forces them into the same apartment-and then across the world-what starts as mutual irritation turns into midnight brainstorms, a not-proposal with a LEGO ring, and long-distance love with one overly dramatic toddler in the future. Packed with humor, heat, heartbreak, and hope, this is a story about finding your person in the most inconvenient, hilarious way possible-and learning that sometimes, "I love you" sounds a lot like "Hate you like. I mean it."
