Truck-Kun's Gift

Izumi Hyuga is an average 16-year-old guy in high school who loves watching anime and reading anime, unbeknownst to him the almighty Truck-sama has plans for the young man.

Despite being an Otaku he was not being bullied like others because even though he would gladly put his time and effort into Anime and Manga, he still had a sense of responsibility so he still strived at his academics making him one of the top students in his class

But despite his normal and happy life, he is bored to the point where he wants to get into an accident where the god of isekai himself will hit him to be sent to another world which is the dream of almost all Anime watchers in the world.

One day his wishes come true, unbeknownst to him the almighty Truck-sama listens to his wishes, and because the god himself is also bored and wants to mess with someone he decides to grant this man a gift.
