Samantha Claire Yao, a prodigious spy with a shadowy past, entwines her fate with the enigmatic Societas Custodes. Two things are what keeps them on track though: the unyielding pursuit of justice in a realm where nothing is as it seems is; and, the supposed successfully avenged past... despite the blurred lines between duty and desire.
