Quackity's life-Read the worst ao3 fic, went to bed, and woke up to him being the main villain in the story he just read??? The same guy that made the main character's life a living hell, only to be reverse tortured and killed by the main character later on in the story?
Oh, also, there's an AI system in his head ordering him what to do, so no big deal, of course.

Or, a reincarnation AU in which Quackity was a reader who got reincarnated into a fictional murder series as the main villain.

Tw for smoking, mentions of death, swearing, and all the things that come with a murder mystery and mafia au! The two biggest organized crime groups did not get along, to say the least. The Las Nevadas Mafia and the Syndicate were far from the best of friends. But, through a tangled web of corrupt police chiefs, blackmail, and an unaccounted murder, the new bosses of each group, Quackity and Wilbur, are forced to work together to keep both of their respective mobs out of prison. Wilbur was tired of being a hero. He liked to believe that he was a good hero, but being a good hero wasn't enough. It was never enough. Always compared to his twin brother, the golden child of the Minecraft Hero Family. Wilbur lived in Techno's shadow. He hated it so much and he wasn't sure how much more he could take. He wanted to be seen for who he was. He was Wilbur goddamn Minecraft, and he refused to let himself be a side note in someone else's story. Villains had one right; the right to choose a nemesis. A thesis to their anti-thesis. A rival. His subordinates always questioned why he chose Magpie. He never bothered to explain. He had met the hero once, and that was all it took. The eldest of the Minecraft children was so much more than anyone realized. There was a deep running fury hidden under his mask. The hero was fast approaching his breaking point. That, is why Quackity chose him. Wilbur Minecraft was going to fall soon, and he was going to fall hard. And Quackity would be right there waiting, ready to catch his songbird when he did. I dip down, sensing the tension hovering between us, feeling his heart hammer against his ribcage. From where sit straddling his waist, I see his face soften at the sight of my dishevelment. But while on a mission when he almost dies, he is saved by someone with a very accurate shot. He meets another assassin from a different agency, something he's never known of before. Of course seeing how skilled and attractive the other assassin is, he can't really just let him go... Quackity works for a different agency that wants to be better than all the rest, that means more missions and more training, most importantly: more rich. It takes a very long time to get up in the ranks and he has proven his worth there. But when tasked to kill a particularly dangerous assassin, he makes a few unwise decisions that he thinks are good... until he gets captured.Завершенная история

Heck, they're running against each other in burger businesses that do surprisingly well. But if that's true, why does Quackity keep willingly spending his evenings with Wilbur? Why does Wilbur's mind tend to drift off towards Quackity more and more? Why are they both leaning into each other's space when they're supposed to be at work? Neither of them know.
