"Catch me if you can"

Matilda Colombo had been running her entire life, until it all came to a crashing ending. Being caught was not her thing, and everyone knew it, or so they thought that they did. Living in the unsafe outskirts of Los Angeles, which is known for making stars in Hollywood, lives Matilda Colombo.

But none of this matters, when 6 brothers catch her stealing from a nearby stall. She knew, immediately, that they did not fit in, so she ran. She ran, thinking she had outsmarted them, but that all comes to an end, when she gets caught, and people start confessing to her.

"You think you can run your whole life? Well, little sister, I've played your game before, and you can't outsmart the winner"

But when things take an unexpected turn, can she runaway, when there is more people depending on her to be good, rather than bad? Does she understand that people are expecting her to throw her entire life away, what she has known for 16, almost 17 years, is about to vanish from her clutch and she has no idea how to explain that pretty dresses and high heels isn't something for her.

"Yell and scream in my face, call me all the names you want, throw me out, but remember this, you can't change me. No one can change me. This is the person I am, and if you don't like it, let me know, and I'll walk out the door, right here, right now"

These boys think they know everything about girls, having slept with half of New York, that they think a 16 year old girl, will be who they are after. They think winning people is the aim of the game. That people need to follow them, but what happens when someone sticks out, and won't commit to their plan?

"You don't know me! You don't know a single thing about me and that doesn't bother you! You only care about yourself, and that's fine, but stop pretending to care about me"

Thalia Anagnos-Loukanis A 14-year-old girl who has not only struggled to fit in at school but with the people that should have loved her; her family. She was the one that brought two families together. People wouldn't say the families hated one another, they would say that they chose to have nothing to do with one another. But Thalia, she was supposed to bring them together, to unite them. But rather, when she was born, it seemed to change the two families. Instead of them aweing and cooing at her, they would have banished her if they got the chance. Growing up, it became 16 against 1. Older sisters are supposed to share their clothes with their younger sisters and prepare them for what was awaiting for them. Older brothers were supposed to protect the younger ones and tease them from time to time. Not tie their baby sister to a chair and force her to eat her dinner that was just mush or make her sleep out on a cold winter's night so that her body would harden. She looked up to her eldest brothers and sisters, hoping that one day she would be loved by them like parents. But nothing changed from the cold glares and door slams in the face. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "All I wanted was to be looked at like their little sister who they loved" "Just another ordinary day of the silent treatment. I don't think they have ever spoken an endearment to my face" "The ratty hair, the ratty clothes. I probably look like I have just woken out of a trash can not a thousand dollar bed" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *TW: some themes and words may be distressing to some* ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Started: 3.10.22 Finished: - Rankings: -

She hated them. They loved her with everything in them. The universe truly has a sick way of telling you it's there, doesn't it? From being kidnapped to being abused, that was all Arabella saw in life. It was all she ever knew. They tell you to keep fighting but sometimes you realize... you were just a child. Now she's built herself up using her pain as the next step to her strength. She's learnt how to strive forward even as her past haunts her mind crawling up her back every passing second. That is until the first 7 people who only ever brought her pain find their way back into her life. She has no way to let go of her past when they come right back to her. The world showed her no mercy in it's ways so why should she. ~~~ I let out a small sigh wanting more of this. I wanted to be held like this whenever I felt broken. Feel the way he puts me back together in his arms. It ate at my heart and I could have sworn I felt a feathery kiss on my head. It was as if he could hear my thoughts and was kissing them away for me. Slowly he lets one hand go, the other staying around me as he brings my chin up to him gently wiping my last tears as more fill my eyes. He sees this and his eyes look... crumbled. If you feel this way then why can't you choose me, Dominic. I shake my head from his hands wishing to step back but he pulls me back to him a pain filled groan leaving him. "Just one more minute. Please." His body shook and I brought him closer, feeling our pain become one. Our hurricanes of minds pull away even for the smallest time letting us stand together as one in each other's embrace. He was it for me. But I wasn't his.

"𝔼𝕍𝔼ℝ𝕐 𝔽𝔸𝕄𝕀𝕃𝕐 ℍ𝔸𝕊 𝕊𝔼ℂℝ𝔼𝕋𝕊" - - - "My name is Hazel, but most people call me Ze. I'm from Melbourne, and love Taylor Swift." I cringe at my own words, and think back to a time where Fletcher was one of the only people calling me Ze. "Does anyone have questions for Miss. Bolivi?" Fletcher asks, and I hate the way my father's last name sounds on his lips. Lots of students raise their hands, and I feel overwhelmed. People actually want to learn something about me? "Yes, Miss. Abbott. Ask away," Fletcher says to one of the girls who is seated at a table at the front of the class, with other kids who all look bitchy like her. "Are you related to the Bolivi brothers?" Her disgustingly sweet voice pukes out. "My last name is Bailey," I say coldly, hating how that was her only query about me. - - - Hazel Bailey. She's your typical Australian teenage girl.
